Dave has acquired, in working with a number of major Contracting organizations in the process industries in South Africa 20+ years experience in conceptual & detailed design, engineering, commercial costing, commissioning and trouble shooting of process plant in the areas of heat and mass transfer, specialising in evaporation and crystallization equipment. Much of this experience was gained in the field of waste water volume minimization and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) applications. The pinnacle of this experience was the recovery of a number of value adding by-products from an effluent originally requiring expensive downstream treatment.
As director of Process Plant Technology (Pty) Ltd, Dave in conjunction with co-founder and partner, Stuart Bradbury are able to offer high level input into most evaporator / crystalliser applications encountered in the chemical processing, fertilizer, food, oil and water treatment industries. |

Key Qualifications:
Stuart Bradbury qualified with BSc in chemical engineering in 1965 at the Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
He has over 35 years experience in the design, sales and construction of a wide range of chemical and mineral processing plants. He made a special study of evaporation and crystallisation plants and he has been involved in the design and construction of over 100 turnkey installations in South Africa, neighbouring countries and Australia.
He founded the company Process Plant (Pty) Ltd in 1974 who were a licensee to Swenson, USA, one of the world’s leaders in crystallisation.
Stuart Bradbury is co-founder and director of Process Plant Technology (Pty) Ltd, a company focused on developing and implementing evaporator and crystalliser technology through the construction of turn-key installations, generally in conjunction with larger contracting enterprises. |

Johan Liebenberg has a B Eng degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pretoria and is registered with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) and IEAust (Institution of Engineers Australia) as a Professional Engineer.
Johan has 17 years experience in the design and management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
Since 2002 he has been involved in the design, engineering and construction of at least 12 chemical process plants. |
